PT. Lintas Bahari Nusantara ("LBN", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, write to us at g.contact@lbn.co.id.

Information we collect

The only information we collect from visitors is what you choose to submit through the Request a Quote form on our home page. Depending on the service you select, this includes:

  • Always: your name, company name (optional), email address, and phone number.
  • For charter requests: origin port, destination port, and cargo type.
  • For vessel brokerage requests: intent (buy or sell), vessel type, size range (DWT), and budget range.

We do not run analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking on this site. We do not collect data passively in the background.

How we use your information

We use your submission only to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential charter, brokerage, or related services with you. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How we store your information

Quote submissions are stored within our content management system on servers we control. Access is limited to authorised LBN staff who are responsible for replying to inquiries.

We retain submissions while your inquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards (currently up to 24 months) so we can pick up follow-up conversations and meet our recordkeeping obligations. After that, submissions are archived or deleted.

Anti-spam protection

The Request a Quote form uses a hidden honeypot field to detect automated submissions. If a bot fills the field, the submission is silently discarded.

Your rights

Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Undang-Undang No. 27 of 2022), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you;
  • Request correction of inaccurate data;
  • Request deletion of your data;
  • Withdraw consent to our processing of your data.

Children

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
